Investor and Consumer Protection
When in comes to capital investment law, we are particularly specialized in the representation of large groups of plaintiffs in class action lawsuits. The clients we represented in the past or are currently representing came or come from all over Germany, as well as from the United States, South America and Italy.

Our law firm represents private and institutional investors.

At present, we are representing aggrieved investors, for instance, in the proceedings against

In addition, we are conducting lawsuits on behalf of our clients against BHW Bank, Sächsische Aufbaubank (SAB) and EdW (the indemnification institution of securities trading houses).
 

Our clients can look to us for support, for example, when it comes to
incorrect investment counseling,
prospectus liability,
claims for compensation (e.g., in the event of capital investment fraud),
withdrawal and/or cancellation of trust units,
defense against margin calls,
cancellation of doorstep transactions,
defense against enforcement measures.

 n the consumer protection area, we look after cases of food and drug related damage (patient law), such as rotten meat scandals or damage caused by medicaments (e.g., Vioxx).
